Shipping

We offer a flat fee on USPS or UPS on all orders in the continental United States. We offer Free Standard Ground shipping on regular priced items for orders of $250. or more. Should you have a return, you can arrange this per the instructions below.

Once we have shipped your package you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your package directly with the courier.

We will always strive to ship all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Please note that we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays and Sundays or on national holidays.   If an in-stock order is delayed due to a problem on our end, we will upgrade the shipping for free to make sure you get it within your desired time frame. (We understand that sometimes you urgently need an amazing piece to complete an outfit for a special event!) Owing to global supply chain and shipping delays, please allow ample time for delivery of your order.  Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Since our works are all handmade and/or small production and from other parts of the world, sometimes there can be a delay in shipping to Lesetta or with US Customs. We will always make you aware if there are any delays and do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

All South Carolina residents will be charged sales tax which will be computed upon check out. Rates vary by county.

Returns and Exchanges

All discounted items over 50% off are NOT Returnable and NOT Exchangeable.  

Lesetta is a Collection of art that can be worn. Everything we offer is handmade and of a small production. Many of the pieces are one-of-a-kind. Due to the handmade nature of most of the pieces in the Collection, they can differ slightly from the photographs you see on the site. Such variations, we feel, speak to the “character” of each piece and are in great contrast to machine-made products.

Should you have a problem with your order, we are happy to take it back in its original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange. 

To return an item, please email us at assistant@lesetta.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line.  We will respond as soon as possible to confirm the request, and e-mail you a return label to secure to your return parcel. Although we do include flat fee shipping to the client when a purchase is made, we do not incur the cost of return shipping.  This cost will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.  We ask that you ship your return in the box in which it was originally sent; Lesetta is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please note that, while refunds are processed promptly, it may take up to 2 weeks for funds to settle in your account.

Custom-designed, size-altered, and donation pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Should you request an exchange, please understand that, if it is a one-of-a-kind piece or something that is out of stock, a replacement may need to be made-to-order. We are happy to commission the artists to do this. However, this may take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience with this handmade process.
